Clear, high-quality photographs work best. A front-facing photo with good lighting is ideal, but we can often work with a variety of images. 

Yes. We offer a variety of themes, including wildlife adventures, princess stories, outer space missions, monster truck adventures, underwater journeys, and many more. If you have a special idea, we would love to hear it. 

Our ebooks are available in two reading levels:

• Ages 4–7: Simple language, colourful adventures, and easy-to-follow stories.

• Ages 8–12: More advanced language with deeper adventures and more developed storylines.

Delivery times vary depending on the type of project and current workload. Most custom orders are completed within a few business days. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when your order is confirmed. 

Yes. Custom projects include up to two reasonable revisions to ensure you are happy with the final product. 

No. Your child's photos are used only to create your custom product. We will never use your photographs for marketing, advertising, social media, or promotional purposes without your written permission. 

Your privacy is important to us. Photographs are stored securely and used solely for creating your order. Once your project is complete, your images are deleted from our working files. 

No. All products are currently delivered as digital files that can be viewed on phones, tablets, computers, and e-readers. You are welcome to print the files yourself if you wish. 

Yes. Our personalized ebooks make wonderful gifts for birthdays, holidays, special achievements, and other occasions. Simply provide the recipient's details and photos during the ordering process. 

Your completed ebook or invitation will typically be delivered as a PDF file, making it easy to view on phones, tablets, computers, and e-readers. Other formats may be available upon request. You will also receive a guide on how to setup the ebook on Apple or Android devices.

Yes. Many of our custom stories can include siblings, friends, or family members. Additional characters may affect the design and production time, so please discuss your requirements when placing your order.
